ChartStar allows you to generate "printer
friendly" reports such as the Profile, Flowcharts
and Encounters from the patient record to
send to other organizations. The clinic
logo and letterhead can be automatically
printed on the top of each report and patient
demographics are applied as well with no
effort at the time of printing.
Other report formats can be developed in
a word processor like MS Word with patient
variables incorporated into them. This way
they can be used repeatedly for different
patients with no editing required. An example
might be the No Show Warning letter shown
at the right.
Referral letters can be preformatted to
ask interactive variables such as referral
physician and patient encounter data to
be included in the letter.
Patient handouts, invoices, recall letters
can all be created in this fashion. |
